How do I cancel my subscription?

Here's a quick guide on how to cancel your Luma Dream Machine subscription:

On the App (iOS):

1. Open the Dream Machine app.
2. Tap your profile picture in the bottom left corner.
3. Navigate to the "Subscription" tab (just below your username).
4. Tap the lightning icon labeled "Change Plan" to see your plan options.
5. Here, you can either:
   • Upgrade, downgrade or change your plan by selecting a different tier such as Free. 
   • See how much time remains on your current plan.

On the Web:

1. Go to http://dream-machine.lumalabs.ai/
2. Navigate to your profile settings (click your profile picture icon in the bottom left)
3. In the "Subscription" tab click "View Plans"
4. Select "Change plan to Free"
   

Important: Please note that canceling your subscription will immediately remove access to your remaining credits. To keep access until the end of your billing period, we recommend scheduling your cancellation for that date instead.
