Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
Yes, deleting your account will ask you to confirm if you are sure you want to permanently delete your account, all generations, and cancel your subscription. Once you confirm all your date will also be deleted.
If you've already deleted your account but your subscription is still active, please contact us immediately at support@lumalabs.ai and our team will assist you with canceling your subscription.
Important: Please be aware that account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data, including all projects and history, will be permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.
