Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?


No, deleting your account will ask you to confirm if you are sure you want to permanently delete your account and all generations, but it will not cancel your subscription automatically.


Please cancel your subscription before deleting your account.

 

If you've already deleted your account but your subscription is still active, please contact us immediately at support@lumalabs.ai and our team will assist you with canceling your subscription. Alternatively you can Submit a Ticket at the top of this page. 


Important: Please be aware that account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data, including all projects and history, will be permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.


You cannot create an account using the email you deleted the account with for 30 days. Once the 30 days are up, you can reopen your account, but it will be completely new and your previous data will be deleted.


If your subscription remains active during the deletion and account reinstatement process, it will not be linked to your new account. If this is the case, please get in contact with support@lumalabs.ai or Submit a Ticket at the top of this page for further troubleshooting.
