You can request a full or partial refund for any subscription tier within 30 days of its initiation or renewal by contacting our support team at support+web@lumalabs.ai
When requesting a refund, please include:
- Reason for the refund request
- Your account details or subscription information
- E-mail linked to the paid subscription
- Invoice number
- If you don't have any of this information, please share:
- The last 4 digits of your Credit card
- Exp date
- Bank that issued your card
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are typically processed for plans that are unused or mostly unused. Please note that your subscription will be terminated once the refund is processed.
Changed Your Mind About Your Plan?
If you accidentally signed up for the wrong plan (such as annual instead of monthly), you can easily change your plan from your account. The remaining balance will be applied to your account and use on your next billing.
If you prefer to request a partial refund for the price difference within the first 30 days, please email us and our support team will review all refund requests promptly and assist you with the process.
To change your subscription:
- Go to your "Account"
- Select "Manage subscription"
- Choose "Change plan"
